1. SaaS Subscription & Multi-Tenant Access
By purchasing a commercial subscription to Hybrid AI Workforce, your organization is granted a worldwide, non-exclusive license to embed our client-side telemetry SDK (`/embed.js`), ingest anonymous event vectors, and query the LinUCB reinforcement learning recommendation endpoints according to your active tier limits.
2. High Availability Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We provide a 99.9% uptime SLA for all paid tiers, supported by an active-active Google Cloud Run multi-region topology (us-central1 primary with automated failover routing). In the event of system downtime exceeding 0.1% in any calendar month, subscribers are eligible for pro-rated service credits.
3. Zero-PII Ingestion Warranty
Hybrid AI Workforce warrants that the platform does not permanently record, aggregate, or sell unhashed customer PII. Subscribers warrant that they will not deliberately alter the client-side WebAssembly SDK to force transmission of plaintext medical or financial records outside authorized regulatory boundaries.
4. Billing, Modifications & Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis via Stripe. Customers may cancel, upgrade, or modify their tier at any time without penalty via the integrated Client Portal.
