1. Cryptographic Zero-PII Ingestion Doctrine

Hybrid AI Workforce operates on a fundamental cryptographic premise: we cannot leak data we never possess. Our drop-in client-side WebAssembly telemetry script processes raw behavioral signals directly on the user's endpoint browser.

Before any telemetry packet leaves the client device, all identifier fields, IP addresses, and session fingerprints are passed through a SHA-256 blinding function combined with calibrated Differential Privacy noise ($\epsilon = 0.75, \delta = 10^{-5}$).

2. GDPR & CCPA Mathematical Compliance

Because our ingestion pipeline strictly ingests cryptographically anonymized feature vectors, enterprise subscribers are fully shielded from personal data breach liability under:

• GDPR Article 25: Data protection by design and by default.
• GDPR Recital 26: The principles of data protection do not apply to anonymous information.
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA): De-identified and aggregate consumer information exemptions.

3. AMD SEV-SNP Hardware Enclave Processing

All federated learning updates and reinforcement learning reward updates are calculated inside confidential virtual machines utilizing AMD Secure Encrypted Virtualization-Secure Nested Paging (SEV-SNP). Encryption keys reside in CPU silicon and are never exposed to hosting providers, operators, or third parties.

4. Third-Party Cookie Deprecation

Hybrid AI Workforce does not set, inspect, or exchange third-party tracking cookies. We reject cross-site surveillance networks and tracking pixels in favor of localized zero-knowledge mathematical attribution.
